• Provide appropriate educational content with a Yukon focus to the visitors of all ages
• Develop integrated, multi-disciplinary education programs with the school systems
• Provide innovative, experienced-based (hands-on) education programs
• Provide interpretation to visitor groups

Education Programs

• The Yukon Wildlife Preserve fulfills its strong education mandate by designing, developing, and delivering innovative education programs that are relevant to northern learners.

• The programs offered at the Yukon Wildlife Preserve are designed for a broad range of students; from Yukon public school and Yukon College students, to nature enthusiasts of all ages who comprise our membership.

• Since 2004 the Yukon Wildlife Preserve has offered an annual Grade 4 program to Yukon students, an interpretive tour to all visitors, and workshops for our membership.
