The Grade 4 visit to the preserve includes an interactive tour, four activity stations and a nature hike with an animal legend. Throughout the day, students learn about northern animals and ecosystems through hands on exploration.
Students hone observation skills while learning respect for their environment. They visit our boneyard, learn about native plants and their traditional uses, identify aquatic invertebrates and migratory birds.
