Plant Watch

• We participate in a national PlantWatch monitoring program. We ask visitors to the Yukon Wildlife Preserve in the spring to observe the flowering dates for key indicator plants
• These indicator plants respond to heat accumulation, so long-term monitoring can give clues to climatic changes
• PlantWatch observations are recorded and submited to the national PlantWatch program
